Foodways at Nana Cardoon

We continue our outreach to students in the Forest Grove School District with CALC (Community Alternative Learning Center), Roots & Shoots, Forest Grove Community School — as well as Pacific University classes.

We’re also continuing our work in community food systems and acquisition of a larger-capacity mill for our Tuality Plains Great Grains initiative.

Tuality Plains Great Grains

SUPPORT
Donations help up to grow and support the Tuality Plains Great Grains (TPGG) Initiative. These funds also help support agricultural education in our community which serves to strengthen farm sustainability.

INVEST
The sales of grain products support the economic needs of our farmers, millers, bakers, and retailers. Our price structure supports fair and competitive pricing for our collaborators.

TAKE ACTION
In order for us to support our infrastructure and our need for increased milling capacity, packaging, materials, marketing, etc., we depend on your donations.

The Monica Barrett Scholarship Fund

Through honoring and remembering long-time Forest Grove resident Monica Barrett, you help a child, farmer, baker or community member attend a class, workshop or learning session on the farm.

Monica’s joy in the beauty of nature and the gathering of friends continues as students from diverse backgrounds find delight in building healthy soil, learning more about food culture, and sharing the community table for a meal and conversation. Caring for her family brought Monica great happiness, and her career in early childhood education touched the lives of thousands of children, families and teachers.
